I began making vegan macarons after pregnancy, looking for a creative outlet during a season of change. What started as curiosity quickly turned into determination. There were many failed batches, plenty of learning, and eventually—those quiet, satisfying triumphs that come when something finally works.
When the macarons started coming out just right, I had a simple thought: hey, I could sell these.
There’s nothing quite like a macaron. They’re delicate and simple at first glance, yet somehow deliver an explosion of flavor and texture in a single bite. That balance is what drew me in—and what keeps me baking.
Each macaron is made with care, patience, and a love for the process, from the first mix to the final shell. I hope you love them as much as I do. -Michelle






Are your macarons made in a gluten free kitchen?
-Our macarons are made in a meat free and egg free facility and while we do our best to avoid any contamination we do process in a kitchen that uses gluten.
What are the ingredients and allergens?
-All of the macarons contains almonds and sugar. Most contain soy as well. Every Ingredient is listed on the label if you have q’s.
Can I place large orders above 6 or 12?
-Yes, 48hrs notice please!
